*If you made an arrangement to use a twin room with another attendee, please have one person apply for both of you.
*Groups of three or more persons wishing to stay in the same room should make their own reservations at nearby hotels outside the venue as the NYC offers only single and twin rooms.
*Deadline for accommodation reservation is January 31, 2024.
*Dinner and breakfast are not included in accommodation fee.
For breakfast, you can purchase it at the convenience store on site. Alternatively, you can use the cafeteria (you will be contacted after registration to ask if you wish to use the cafeteria).Enjoy dinner at restaurants around the venue.

Cancellation policy for the Conference fee and Party
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied as follows:
• Cancellations made between December 1 and December 31, 2023: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made from January 1, 2024 onwards: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that no-shows are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations via phone.
To initiate a cancellation, a written request must be submitted and can be emailed to register@ioerc10.org
